虫草胶囊对难治性肾病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨虫草胶囊治疗难治性肾病的临床效果及安全性。方法选取本院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的60例难治性肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规环磷酰胺（CTX）冲击疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予虫草胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗有效性与安全性。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为30.00%,显著低于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论虫草胶囊联合CTX冲击疗法治疗难治性肾病效果显著,能够提高治疗总有效率,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Cordyceps capsule in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 cases with refractory nephritic in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional cyclophosphamide（CTX） pulse therapy,the observation group was treated with Cordyceps capsule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 30%,which was lower than66.67% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Cordyceps capsule combined with CTX pulse therapy in the treatment of refractory nephropathy is significant,which can improve the total effective rate,reduce the adverse reaction rate,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
