摘 要:目的探讨中药铁皮石槲提取液对衰老糖尿病模型生化指标的干预作用。方法用链佐霉素(STZ)给小鼠作腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型,再用D-半乳糖及亚硝酸钠溶液作腹腔注射,使其衰老,建立拟衰老糖尿病模型。然后将造模成功的小鼠分为实验1组、实验2组、模型组,另设正常组,用中药铁皮石槲提取液给实验1组灌胃,用舒糖宝口服液给实验2组灌胃作药物对照,模型组和正常组灌等体积蒸馏水作空白对照。测定灌药前后的血糖含量、血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)等。结果灌药前,实验1组、实验2组、模型组、正常组的血糖水平分别为(18.51±5.98)、(20.00±5.90)、(18.99±5.05)、(6.61±1.77)mmol/L,实验1、2组和模型组明显高于正常组(P<0.01);灌药后,实验1组、实验2组、模型组、正常组的血糖水平分别为(11.67±5.15)、(14.47±7.28)、(17.93±4.56)、(6.85±0.66)mmol/L,实验1、2组和模型组明显高于正常组(P<0.01),实验1、2组明显低于模型组(P<0.01),且比灌药前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。灌药前后,正常组的TG、TC、GSH-PX、MDA水平明显低于其他几组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。糖尿病模型呈现衰老状态。结论实验药铁皮石槲对衰老糖尿病模型小鼠有明显的降血糖作用,但降血脂作用尚待进一步探讨。Objective To explore the intervention effect of extracting solution of Dendrobium candidum,a Chinese herb,on biochemical criteria in aging diabetic mouse model. Methods The diabetic model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).After that,intraperitoneal injections of D-galactose and Sodium nitrite solution were used for aging,and then aging diabetic mouse model was finished.These mice in successful modeling were divided into experimental 1 group,experimental 2 group,and model group.Normal control group was additional set.In the experimental 1 group,intragastric administration of extracting solution of dendrobium candidum was provided,and in the experimental 2 group,Shutangbao oral liquid was used.They were selected as drug control groups.The same volume of distilled water was used in model group and normal control group,which were chosen for blank control groups.Blood sugar content,serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),glutathion peroxidase(GSH-PX),and malonaldehyde were determined before and after intragastric administration. Results The blood sugar content before intragastric administration was(18.51±5.98) mmol/L,(20.00±5.90) mmol/L,(18.99±5.05) mmol/L,and(6.61±1.77) mmol/L respectively,the blood sugar content in these three modeled groups was higher than that in the normal control group(P〈0.01).After intragastric administration,the blood sugar content was(11.67±5.15) mmol/L,(14.47±7.28) mmol/L,(17.93±4.56) mmol/L,and(6.85±0.66) mmol/L in turn,the blood sugar content in the normal control group was lower than that in the other three groups(P〈0.01),but blood sugar content in the two experimental groups was lower than that in the model group(P〈0.01),and decreased more obviously than that before intragastic administration(P〈0.01).The values of TG,TC,GSH-PX,and MDA in the normal control group was lower than that in the other three groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The diabetic model was in an aging sta
