零缺陷护理模式在颈、胸、腰椎手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨零缺陷护理模式在颈、胸、腰椎手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年10月-2014年9月收治的243例接受颈、胸、腰椎手术治疗患者作为研究对象,按照是否实施手术室零缺陷护理分为对照组与观察组。对照组仅给予常规手术室护理,观察组实施零缺陷护理模式。比较两组的护理效果和术后不良反应发生率。结果观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的术后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论零缺陷护理模式在颈、胸、腰椎手术患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短手术治疗时间,提高手术成功率和护理满意度,降低术后不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of zero defect nursing mode in patient with neck,breast,lumbar surgery. Methods 243 cases underwent neck,breast,lumbar surgery in our hospital from October 2013 to September2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether the implementation of zero defect nursing in operation room.The control group was only given routine operation nursing,the observation group was given zero defect nursing mode.The nursing effect and the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.The score of satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.the operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of zero defect nursing mode in patient with neck,breast,lumbar surgery is significant,which can shorten surgery time,improve the success rate of operation and nursing satisfaction,reduce the postoperative incidence of adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
