摘　　要：近年来,商务信用领域存在着诚信缺失严重、交易风险大、中小企业融资难和融资贵等问题,应健全商务征信体系,大力发展商业保理,鼓励发展基于电子商务的互联网金融,规范开放商账追收行业等,以健全我国商务信用体系。In recent years,such problems exist in business credit field as heavy lack of honesty,larger transaction risk,difficulties in SMEs financing and the financing cost much higher,etc. It＇s necessary to improve the business credit system,take greater effort in developing commercial factoring,encourage the development of Internet finance based on electronic commerce,open up receivables collection industries in a normal manner so as to improve business credit system in China.
