摘　　要：分析我国征信文化的主要框架,指出基层央行征信文化建设存在的突出问题,建议应树立征信文化建设大局观,制定区域征信文化建设规划,提高征信队伍素质,创新征信文化建设的宣传教育机制。An analysis made on the main frame of China＇s credit reference culture,explaining the outstanding problems for credit reference culture construction in grass-rooted central banks. It＇s necessary for China to keep an overall view regarding credit reference culture construction,establish regional credit reference culture construction planning,improve the quality of team members of credit reference,and innovate the propaganda and education mechanism for credit reference culture construction.
