摘　　要：目的分析苏州市2010-2013年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群特征、HIV检测,以及各门诊运行情况。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息系统中,导出VCT个案数据和病例报告历史卡片,导入SPSS进行描述性分析。结果 2010-2013年,苏州市VCT提供艾滋病咨询和检测10 292、12 788、12 509和9 780人次,其中疾控中心所占比例分别为80.9%、77.1%、77.8%和67.8%;HIV抗体初筛阳性检出率分别为0.7%、0.7%、1.0%和0.8%。历年VCT求询者中,>80%有非婚异性行为史;历年经VCT新发现的HIV感染者中,晚发现比例分别为22.2%、21.7%、15.4%和20.2%,均低于当年所有新发现者中的晚发现比例。结论 VCT是HIV感染早期发现的有效措施,但不同VCT点工作差异大,尤其需要加强对医疗机构VCT的培训,进一步提高其VCT服务能力。Objective To analyze the characteristics of subjects taking AIDS voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）services in Suzhou from 2010 to 2013;to investigate current status of HIV test;to evaluate performance of VCT services.MethodsCase reports and patients’ information were exported from HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information Management System,which was subjected to descriptive epidemiological analysis by SPSS software.Results The number of subjects taking VCT services from 2010 to 2013 were 10 292,12 788,12 509 and 9 780,respectively,in which 80.9%,77.1%,77.8% and 67.8% were provided by CDC,respectively.The positive rates of HIV primary screening tests were 0.7%,0.7%,1.0% and 0.8%from 2010 to 2013,respectively.More than 80% of subjects seeking for VCT had non-marital heterosexual behaviors.Among all newly-diagnosed HIV-infected patients discovered by VCT clinics,late diagnosis accounted for 22.2%,21.7%,15.4% and 20.2%,respectively,which were lower than overall rates of late diagnosis in same year.Conclusions VCT services were effective for early diagnosis of HIV infection.The performance of VCT varied much on different clinics.Training of medical institutions providing VCT services should be strengthened to promote their capability to provide VCT services.
