摘 要:研究菌株M-04的生长曲线和不同培养时间对Cr6+吸附率的影响,并对p H、温度、时间、Cr6+初始浓度和初始加菌量对Cr6+去除率进行了研究。采用马丁式培养基富集培养长枝木霉,收集菌丝,称取一定量的菌丝,投放到Cr6+的水溶液中,利用摇瓶发酵方法经行吸附试验,用国标及原子吸收法对其滤液和菌丝中的铬进行测定。结果标明:长枝木霉M-04对总铬和Cr6+的吸附率分别为37.2%和78.4%,该菌菌丝的吸附能力为0.54 mg/g,72 h菌丝含量达到最大,在36 h和72 h培养的菌丝对Cr6+去除率最高,在p H 1.39左右,28℃,菌丝加入量在0.5 g,Cr6+初始浓度为100 mg/L时,Cr6+去除率最大,为99.3%,几乎将100 mg/L Cr6+完全去除。长枝木霉M-04能更好去除Cr6+离子,可以作为较好的试验材料应用于生物修复实验室废水中Cr6+的去除剂。The growth curve of M-04 and the influence of different training time for the adsorption rate of Cr6+ , was studied, and the removal rate of Cr6+ to pH, temperature, time, initial concentration and the initial bacteria amount were also studied. The strain was cultured using Martin type medium, and the mycelium was collected. A certain amount of the mycelium was measured and put in aqueous solution of Cr6 + . The method of shake flask fermentation was used to do adsorption test, and the method of national standard and atomic absorption were used to determine the chromium in the filtrate and hyphae. It was found that adsorption rates of total chromium and Cr6+ were 37.2% and 78.4% , respectively, and the adsorption capacity of fungus mycelium was 0. 54 mg/g. The content of maximum mycelium was achieved in 72 h, and the maximum removal Cr6+ rates were the training hyphase of 36 h and 72 h. The largest Cr6+ removal rate was achieved under the conditions that the pH value was about 1.39, the temperature at 28 ℃ , the amount of mycelium in the 0.5 g, initial Cr6+ concentration of 100 mg/L. The largest removal rate was 99.3% and almost 100 mg/L Cr6+ completely was removed. The Cr6+ ions was better removed by trichoderma longibrachiatum M-04, and the strain could be used for further studies on experimental wastewater polluted Cr6+
