摘 要:前期研究的钢铁表面氟铁酸盐转化膜外观及耐蚀性不够优良。以硝酸锆和植酸对其进行改性,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、中性盐雾试验(NSS)、极化曲线及傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分别对改性前后膜的外观形貌、结构、成分及耐蚀性进行了分析。结果表明:改性后的转化膜除含氟铁酸钾外,增加了二氧化锆水合物及植酸-Fe3+配合物,膜外观更均匀光滑,耐中性盐雾时间从改性前的13 h提高到改性后的60 h,腐蚀电位较氟铁酸钾转化膜正移了168 m V,钢铁的耐蚀性能获得显著提高。Zirconium nitrate and phytic acid were used to modify the potassium fluoferrate conversion coating on iron and steel substrate so as to improve the appearance and corrosion resistance.The morphology,microstructure and composition of the potassium fluoferrate conversion coatings before and after modification were analyzed by scanning election microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry,while their corrosion resistance was evaluated by neutral salt-spray test as well as polarization curve measurement.Results showed that the modified potassium fluoferrate conversion coating contained zirconia hydrate and phytic acid-Fe^(3+) complex,and it exhibited improved appearance as well as much better corrosion resistance than the non-modified counterpart.Namely,after modification by zirconium nitrate and phytic acid,the endurance of the conversion coating against neutral salt-spray rose from 13 h to 60 h,and its corrosion potential shifted positively by 168 mV.
