摘 要:以镀层光泽度、镀速为评价指标,考察了吐温-60、聚乙二醇6000、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP-10四种表面活性剂单独使用及与初级光亮剂、次级光亮剂复配使用时的效果。结果表明:表面活性剂与初级光亮剂、次级光亮剂复配使用时的光亮效果优于单独使用时的;在糖精钠50mg/L、PPS 40mg/L、十二烷基磺酸钠15mg/L的条件下,镀层的光泽度达到226Gs,镀速为10.987μm/h,可代替CdSO4作化学镀镍绿色复合光亮剂。The influences of four types of surfactants,like tween-60,polyethylene glycol 6000,sodium dodecyl sulfate and OP-10,on the coating glossiness and plating rate were investigated when they were used independently and in combination with primary brightener or secondary brightener.Results showed that better effect can be realized when surfactant was used in combination with primary brightener and secondary brightener.Under the conditions of saccharin sodium 50 mg/L,PPS 40 mg/L and sodium dodecyl sulfate 15 mg/L,nickel coating with glossiness of 226 Gs and plating rate of 10.987μm/h was obtained,which indicating that this combination surfactants can replace CdSO4 as a green brightener for electroless nickel plating.
