老年心血管危重患者有创与无创血压监测对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较老年心血管危重患者有创与无创血压同一时间段测量值的差异。方法对31例患者同一时间进行有创与无创血压测定,测压时间为入住ICU后30min及1、2、3h共4次,并对同一患者同一时间同时监测右侧有创血压与对侧无创血压平均差值进行分析比较。结果有创血压值比无创血压值高。结论临床上在治疗和抢救老年心血管危重患者时应考虑到有创与无创血压的差异,慎重处理。Objective To compare the difference of measured values at the same time between invasive and noninvasive blood pressure of elderly cardiovascular severe patients. Methods 31 patients were operated for invasive and noninvasive blood pressure measurement at same time.To monitor the right side of invasive blood pressure and the contralateral noninvasive blood pressure for the same patient at the same time,and the pressure measurement time was administrated after the patient in ICU at 30 min,1,2,3h,a total of 4times,and the average difference was analyzed and compared in the final. Results Invasive blood pressure measurement was higher than noninvasive blood pressure. Conclusion The difference of invasive and noninvasive blood pressure measurement in clinically treating and rescuing elderly cardiovascular severe patients should be considered with a prudent dealing.
