大剂量激素冲击治疗葡萄膜炎患者的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨大剂量激素冲击疗法治疗葡萄膜炎患者的临床观察和护理方案，为临床护理方案的制订提供参考。方法选取葡萄膜炎患者196例，按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各98例136眼，两组患者均采用大剂量激素冲击疗法进行治疗。对照组采用眼科常规护理措施进行干预，观察组给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者的临床疗效和复发率。结果观察组总有效率为90．44％，对照组为89．71％，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2＝0．041，P＞0．05）；随访1年，观察组患者复发率为5．15％，对照组复发率为30．88％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝30．381，P＜0．05）。结论在大剂量激素冲击治疗葡萄膜炎患者的过程中，严密的病情观察和全面的护理干预措施有助于保证临床治疗效果，降低葡萄膜炎的复发率，值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing program of large dose hormone therapy for the treatment of uveitis patients , and to provide the reference for clinical nursing program .Methods A total of 196 patients with uveitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 98 cases 136 eyes each group by the random number table method .All patients were treated with high-dose hormone therapy .The control group received routine nursing care , while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of two groups were compared .Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 90.44%, and it was 89.71%in the control group （χ2 =0.041,P〉0.05）.Over 1 year of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.15%, while it was 30.88%in the control group, and the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （χ2 =30.381,P〈0.05）.Conclusions During the process of high dose hormone therapy of uveitis patients , rigorous observation and comprehensive nursing interventions can help clinical treatment effect, reduce the recurrence rate of uveitis , and is worth of further application .
