摘　　要：非正式员工已经成为高校图书馆人力资源配置中相当重要的组成部分。分析了非正式员工的构成现状及其工作中的重要性与局限性,总结出一套图书馆非正式员工的管理流程,并提出了相关管理建议。The informal employees have become a quite important part in university library＇s human resource allocation. This paper analyzes the current status of informal employees and their importance and limitations in the work,sums up a set of management processes for university library＇s informal employees,and puts forward some corresponding management suggestions.
