摘　　要：图书借阅逾期是图书馆管理工作中长期存在的难以抑制的问题,它对图书的正常流通造成了一定程度的负面影响。针对图书馆长期执行的逾期罚款中存在的问题,从主客观方面分析了图书馆图书借阅逾期现象产生的原因,并从图书馆制度建设和文献资源配置等方面提出了人性化的应对策略。Overdue loan is a long-standing problem that is difficult to restrain in library management and has caused a certain degree of negative impact on book circulation. Aimed at the problems existing in the overdue penalty that has performed over a long period of time in the library,this paper analyzes the reasons of the overdue loan phenomenon from the subjective and objective aspects,and puts forward some humanistic coping strategies from the aspects of library＇s system construction,and literature resources configuration,etc.
