摘　　要：以长春图书馆参考咨询工作的发展历程为例,从活化馆藏资源以拓展服务内容、将参考咨询工作作为开展多元化服务与知识服务的有效途径等方面,论证了参考咨询工作在图书馆中的核心地位,指出参考咨询工作可使未来图书馆更具生命力。Taking the development history of Changchun Library＇s reference work as an example,this paper discusses the core status of reference work in the library from aspects of activating library＇s collection resources to expand the service content and regarding the reference work as an effective path for carrying out diversified service and knowledge service,and points out that the reference work can make the future library have more vitalities.
