摘  要:为探明玉米幼苗期耐盐性评价的适宜NaCl浓度,试验以4个典型玉米杂交组合为研究对象,在不同浓度NaCl处理下,对玉米萌发和幼苗期根苗性状进行了分析。结果表明:玉米的发芽力、种子活力、幼苗高度、幼苗鲜重和根长、根鲜重随NaCl浓度的升高均呈下降趋势,并且同一玉米品种各生理性状所表现的耐盐反应有所不同。各项测定指标与对照之间达到显著或极显著差异水平的NaCl处理浓度为8‰。玉米幼苗期耐盐性鉴定的适宜水平为相对恒定的8‰NaCl浓度。In order to investigate the optimal NaCl concentration for evaluating the salt tolerance of maize at seedling stage, 4 typical inbred combinations of maize (Zea mays L.) were treated with different concentrations of NaCl. Germination, root and seedling characters of maize at seedling stage were analyzed. The results show that germination power, seed vitality, seedling height, seedling weight, root length and root fresh weight all decreased with the increase of NaCl concentrations, and salt tolerance of every physiological character showed differences in same varieties. When the treatment concentration of NaCl reached 8‰, the differences of each testing indexes between the treated and the control were significant or highly significant. Optimal salt concentration for identifying the salt tolerance of maize at seedling stage was relatively constant 8‰ NaCl concentration.
