摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱与串联四极杆飞行时间质谱联用技术,快速全面鉴别生晒参中人参皂苷类成分。方法色谱分离采用Agilent Zorbax RRHD Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱;流动相为水(含0.1%甲酸,A)和乙腈(含0.1%甲酸,B),梯度洗脱。质谱定性采用高分辨飞行时间质谱,电喷雾双喷离子源(Dual AJS ESI),负离子模式。结果11 min内对生晒参中的95个皂苷类成分进行了鉴别。结论本研究为目前生晒参的质量控制提供了可行的依据。Objective To identify the saponins components from dried fresh Ginseng by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry rapidly and comprehensively. Methods Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent Zorbax RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of 0.1% formic acid water(A) and 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile(B) with a gradient program. Qualitative analysis was performed on an Agilent 6540 quadrupole time-of-flight spectrometer mass which equipped with a Dual AJS ESI source operating in negative mode. Results A total of 95 ginsenosides in dried fresh Ginseng were identified only in 11 minutes. Conclusion This study provides a feasible basis for the quality control of the dried fresh Ginseng.
