补肾益气活血泄浊法治疗早期高血压肾损害60例

摘　　要：目的:观察基于补肾益气活血泄浊法的六味地黄汤化裁(即高肾Ⅰ号方)治疗早期高血压肾损害临床疗效。方法:选原发性高血压病患60例,随机均分为两组。对照组予个性化降压治疗至血压≤130/80mm Hg,治疗组在此基础上加服中药。疗程为60天,对比治疗前后尿微量白蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶、血清胱抑素C及中医证候积分。结果:治疗组总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于补肾益气活血泄浊法治疗早期高血压肾损害临床疗效显著。Objective：The goal of this clinical research is to probe the therapeutic effect of liu wei di huang tang cutting（gao shenⅠprescriptions） on treating hypertension of early renal damage by the method of tonifying kidney,supplementing qi,activating blood and xie zhuo. Method：Sixty patients of early renal damage in hypertension were divided into curative（30 cases）and control group（30 cases） at random.The control group was treated by individualized blood pressure medicine to achieve≤130/80mmHg.The curative group was treated by individualized blood pressure medicine and gao shenⅠprescriptions. Sixty days was a course of treatment, observed before and after treatment in patients with urinary microalbumin（mAlb）,N-acetyl-D-glucosaminidase（NAG）,cystatin C（CYC）. Results： The effect of the curative group is much better than that of the control group（p＆lt;0.05）.Meanwhile,the curative group can also improve general symptoms. Conclusion：The method of tonifying kidney supplementing qi and activating blood xie zhuo on treating hypertension of early renal damage has a good therapeutic effect.
