中医辨证治疗胃肠功能紊乱症52例

摘　　要：目的:运用中医辨证施治的方法治疗胃肠功能紊乱症,观察其临床疗效。方法:根据患者的临床表现,将胃肠功能紊乱辨证分型为中气下陷型、脾气虚弱型、脾肾虚寒型、肝郁脾虚型,抓主证,在辨明虚实寒热的基础上遣方用药。结果:本组52例胃肠功能紊乱症通过中医辨证施治,显效32例(占62%),有效15例(占28%),无效5例(占10%),总有效率为90%。结论:中医辨证治疗胃肠功能紊乱症有疗效。Objective： to use the method of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Method： according to the clinical syndrome differentiation in patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder, will be classified as gas subsidence type, deficiency of Spleen Qi, spleen kidney deficiency cold type, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type, seizing the main syndromes, based on identify the actual situation on the prescription of cold and heat. Results：the 52 cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, 32 cases were cured （62%）, effective 15 cases （28%）, invalid 5 cases （10%）, the total efficiency is 90%. Conclusion：TCM treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction have curative effect.
