摘　　要：拇外翻(haltux valgus deformity,HVD),常叫大脚骨,在临床上为常见病,女性发病率较高。伴随社会科技的发达和人类审美的要求的不断提高,HVD的治疗越发受到重视。HVD以手术矫正治疗为主,手术术式200多种,包括有传统手术、小切口微创手术、中西医治疗等,但尚未有一种能获得满意疗效且伤害及痛苦小的统一术式,因此根据特点选择合适的术式比较重要。Haltux valgus deformity, HVD, commonly known as the thigh bone, is a clinical common disease, the high prevalence of women. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people＆#39;s aesthetic requirements, more attention paid to the HVD. HVD with surgery, orthodontic treatment is given priority to, more than 200 kinds of surgical operation, including the traditional surgery, small incision minimally invasive surgery, traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, etc., but not yet can have a satisfactory curative effect of the unified operation, so according to the characteristics of choosing appropriate operation is important.
