摘　　要：文章对我国研究期刊上发表的与莲子心相关的文献进行统计分析,着重分析了有关莲的种植、采收加工、药效物质研究、功能性食品开发现状等方面的内容,从而揭示我国莲子心的研究现状,为今后对莲子心的推广、研究及学术信息交流提供参考依据。This paper makes statistical analysis to the lotus plumule related literatures published in Chinese journals, and emphasizes on the contents about lotus plantation, collection and processing, material basis for efficacy and development status of functional food, etc., thus revealing the status of lotus plumule researches in China and providing reference for the future lotus plumule promotion, study and relevant academic information exchanges.
