摘 要:针对真分数槽集中绕组(PFCW)相带谐波比漏磁导系数无图可查的问题,提出了用"双星形图"法计算真分数槽集中绕组的谐波绕组分布系数,总结得出了PFCW分布系数的通用解析表达式。研究了PFCW的短距系数,分布系数与绕组系数周期变化规律。通过分析PFCW的谐波磁动势,绘制了真分数槽集中绕组电机常见q值的60°相带谐波比漏磁导系数曲线图,为今后计算PFCW的谐波漏抗系数提供了依据。利用"双星形图"法计算了假分数槽60°相带谐波比漏磁导系数,与现有60°相带谐波比漏磁导系数曲线图进行对比,两者非常吻合,验证了所提出的"双星形图"法计算真分数槽集中绕组60°相带谐波比漏磁导系数的理论正确性。For the problem that no curves could be investigated for proper fraction-slot concentrated wind-ing (PFCW) phase belt harmonic leakage permeances coefficient, two-star graph method of calculating PFCW distribution coefficient was presented . The general analytical expression for the PFCW distribution coefficient was summarized by two-star graph method. The periodic law of short-pitch factor, distribution coefficient and winding coefficient of PFCW were researched. Through the harmonic magnetic motive force analysis, the relationship curve diagram between the common number of slot/ pole / phase and pitch coefficient was drawn, which could be applied to calculate PFCW phase belt harmonic leakage perme-ances coefficient. Improper fraction slot 60°phase belt harmonic leakage permeances coefficient was cal-culated by the two-star graph method and the results were compared with known data, and then the meth-od is verified correct.
