摘 要:泡沫排水采气技术是一种成本低、效果好的采气方式,广泛应用于气田的出水治理。为了评估高温、高压、高矿化度对泡排剂性能的影响,改进了现有罗氏泡沫评价法的实验设备;通过实验研究了10种泡排剂样品起泡性、稳定性以及动态携液性并对实验数据进行了分析。结果表明:温度对泡排剂性能的影响较大,随着温度的升高,特别是高于90℃以后,泡排剂的起泡能力和稳定性急剧下降;压力对泡排剂的性能影响较明显,随着压力的升高,泡排剂的起泡能力、稳定性以及携液性能都有所增加,但达到8 MPa后,增加趋势不再明显。Foaming water discharge is one of the gas producing methods with low cost and good effect, which is widely applied in the measurement of the produced water in a gasfield. In order to evaluate the influences of high temperature, high pressure and high salinity on the performances of the foaming agent, the existing Ross Miles eval- uation experimental equipments are improved; the foaming capacity, stability and dynamic liquid-carrying ability of 10 kinds of foaming agents are researched, and moreover the corresponding analyses are also carried out. The re- sults show that the influences of the temperature on the performances of the agents are rather serious, with the rise of the temperature, especially higher than 90 ℃, the performances of the foaming ability and stability are rapidly reduced; the influences of the pressure on the performances of the agents are more obvious, with the increase of the pressure, the foaming capacity, stability and liquid carrying performances are increased, but there are no obvious increase trends after the pressures reach 8 MPa.
