摘 要:基于风云三号气象卫星A星的MERSI遥感影像数据,分别从自然因素角度和社会因素角度选取降雨量空间分布特征、地形特征、河网分布特征等影响因子和人口密度、地区生产总值、植被面积等影响因子做为洪涝灾害风险评价指标,综合影响因子对各水系流域洪涝灾害的影响度确定权重值,应用Arc GIS软件中空间分析模块的数据转换、分析、统计、分类和显示等功能进行处理和数据分析,建立洪涝灾害风险评价模型,得出风险分类区划图。研究结果表明:基于FY3A的MERSI数据,以GIS为技术平台能够得到更为直观表达的黑龙江省洪涝灾害风险评价图,在时间上和空间上具有一定的可信度。This paper aims to study the flood risk for each river basin in Heilongjiang Province in order to provide a reference for flood mitigation project. Based on meteorological satellite FY-3A star MERSI remote sensing data,the natural factors such as rainfall spatial distribution,topography,drainage,and the social factors such as population density,GDP,vegetation area,were selected as floods risk evaluation index. The weights of the indices were determined based on their impact on the floods. A flood risk assessment model was established by applying the spatial data analysis module,analysis,and other statistics,classification and display functions for processing and analyzing data analysis on the Arc GIS software,and the flood risk classification zoning map was derived.The results showed that based on the MERSI data FY3 A and GIS technology platform,it is able to get more intuitive flood risk assessment in Heilongjiang Province,which has certain credibility in time and space.
