摘　　要：唐甄是清代初期著名的思想家,一生著述以《潜书》最为著名。其中特别强调统治者应关注民生,所论重民、爱民、富民、养民之思想举措,均是传统社会保障研究的题中应有之义。从《潜书》看,唐甄的富民养民之政和社会保障思想是一个有机的体系,其内涵涉及改良政治、发展经济、保障民生等各个方面。As a thinker of the early Qing Dynasty, Tang Zhen was particularly renowned for his book titled Qian Shu. He emphasized that the rulers should pay attention to the livelihood of the people, and care, love, enrich and nourish them. His thought on enriching and nourishing the people and on social security form an Organic system whose connotation involves many factors such as political reform, economic development and people's livelihood.
