摘 要:运用加速度传感器测量织物/指尖接触过程中产生的振动加速度信号,借助傅里叶频谱变换提取振动信号特征指标,并计算振动特征指标与织物主要工艺参数之间的Lin一致性系数,找到能够表征织物工艺参数的振动特征.研究发现,指尖触摸织物时产生丰富的振动信号,该信号的基本谱特征能表征织物的设计参数及变化.结果表明,基于振动信号的触觉再现技术可用于织物表面触觉质感的虚拟再现.To identify the relationship between the weaving technological parameters and the frictioninduced vibrations,the accelerometer was used to measure the vibrations induced by the relative motion between fingertip and fabric surfaces,the Fourier transformation was used to analyze the friction-induced vibration signal and extract several spectral components,and the Lins consistency coefficients which correlate with manufacturing parameters were calculated.The results showed that the relative motion between fingertip and fabrics generated considerable vibration signals,and the vibration spectral components can be used to represent the design parameters.These results indicated that the tactile rendering of fabric textures can be made by vibration signal tactile rendering technology.
