摘 要:以针织物、机织物、非织造布为研究对象,经聚吡咯气相沉积方法制备导电织物,分别探讨了纱线线密度、织物密度、织物组织、织物面密度对织物导电性的影响规律.试验结果表明:在织物组织相同的情况下,针织物的纱线线密度或织物密度越大,其导电性越好;当纱线线密度在一定范围内时,机织物的纱线线密度越大,其导电性越好,但当纱线线密度过大时其导电性反而有所下降;机织物密度越大,其导电性越好;改变机织物组织结构时,绉组织、8/3纬面缎纹、蜂巢组织织物的导电性有所不同;非织造布的面密度越大,其导电性越好.The research project explores the relationship between electrical conductivity of fabrics and the structure of fabrics including knitted fabrics,woven fabrics and nonwoven fabrics after vapor deposition of polypyrrole.The influences of structural parameters such as yarn linear density,fabric density,fabric structure and fabric surface density on the electrical conductivity of polypyrrole fabrics are studied.The experimental results show that for the knitted fabrics,when the fabric structures are the same,an increase in yarn linear density or fabric density will increase the electrical conductivity of fabric.For the woven fabrics,an increase in yarn linear density will increase the electrical conductivity of fabrics,but when the value of yarn linear density reaches to a certain extent,an increase in yarn linear density will decrease the electrical conductivity of fabrics.Different fabric weaves such as the crepe weave,8/3 weft satin and honeycomb result in different electrical conductivities.For the nonwoven fabrics,an increase in fabric surface density will increase the electrical conductivity of fabric.
