黑色活性染料的结构及应用性能

摘　　要：针对黑色活性染料存在提升力差、用盐量多、固色率低、乌黑度不高的缺点,对活性黑5的染料分子进行结构改进,延伸共轭链,合成了3种新结构的染料,并研究了染料的4个特征参数(S,E,F,R)以及上染率、固色率、提升力曲线,讨论了染料的结构与性能的关系.结果表明,新染料的上染率、固色率、提升力及各项牢度在一定程度上得到改善.Due to the poor lifting property,fixation rate and darkness of C.I.reactive black 5,three new black reactive dyes were synthesized through extending the conjugated chain.The four dyeing performance parameters（S,E,F,R）,dyeing rate,fixation rate and lifting property were evaluated.The relationship between the chemical structure and dyeing property of the reactive dyes was investigated.The results indicates that these new black reactive dyes are improved in the aspects of dyeing rate,fixation rate,lifting property and fastness.
