摘  要:水平管降膜蒸发过程流动和传热现象复杂多变,传热过程的观测较困难,为了解蒸发器结构和运行参数对传热效果的影响,建立计算模型,通过计算机程序对水平管内汽液两相流动和传热进行耦合计算.数值计算结果表明,蒸发温度、管径、传热管内外传热温差对传热管内汽液两相流动和传热有较大的影响.对计算结果的分析为蒸发器的热力性能研究和结构设计提供理论参考.The flow and heat transfer phenomenon of horizontal tube falling film evaporate process is complicated and the observation of the heat transfer process is difficult.To find out the influence on heat transfer effect of the structure of evaporator and operation parameters,the calculation model is established,the vapor-liquid two phase flow and heat transfer in a horizontal tube is calculated through the computer program.Numerical calculation results show that the vapor condensation temperature,pipe diameter,the heat transfer temperature difference between inside and outside of tubes and the vapor flow rate has a great influence on vapor-liquid two phase flow and heat transfer,the analysis of calculation results provides a theoretical reference for the thermal performance study and the design of the evaporator structure.
