头面部全麻手术中两种眼保护方法的对比

摘　　要：目的 对比分析两种不同的眼保护方法在头面部全麻手术眼部并发症预防中的效果比较.方法 全麻头面部手术240例,随机分为两组,各120例.I组,全麻后眼部涂抹红霉素眼膏并覆盖3M透明膜,Ⅱ组,采用医用水凝胶护眼贴并覆盖3M透明膜保护.比较两组术后是否出现眼部刺痛、畏光、流泪,及角膜干燥、结膜充血、眼部红肿等并发症.结果 两组患者眼部并发症发生情况比较差异有统计学意义.结论 采用医用水凝胶护眼贴并覆盖3M透明膜的眼保护方法能有效地减少眼部不适感及并发症的发生.Objective To compare the effect of two different eye-protection methods for patients with craniofacial surgery under general anesthesia.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with craniofacial surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group 1 were treated with erythromycin eye ointment and 3M hyaline membrane,and group 2 were treated with medical hydrogel eye paste and 3M hyaline membrane.Complications such as eye irritation,photophobia,tearing,dry eye,conjunctival congestion and swollen were recorded.Results The difference in complications between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Using medical hydrogel eye paste and 3M hyaline membrane could reduce eye discomfort and complications effectively.
