摘　　要：该文以实际测绘与调研为基础,在一手资料的基础上结合文献资料,对原清静宜园二十八景旧址以及其他景点旧址上的民国别墅的历史沿革、样式风格、建筑功能与空间、院落空间做了研究分析,是对原清静宜园研究的补充,也是对近代建筑史学的一个补充。Ln this paper, combining with the first-hand literature, basing on the actual mapping and investigation, the history, architectural style, space and courtyard space of villas of RepubLic of China in twenty-eight original sites and other historical sites in Jingyi garden of Qing Dynasty are studied, which are not only a supplement to the original research on Jingyi garden of Qing Dynasty, but also a supplement for the modern architectural history.
