摘  要:【目的】探讨不同生长素预处理和营养液浓度对双瓣茉莉插穗生根的影响,为双瓣茉莉规模化水培生产提供参考依据。【方法】以双瓣茉莉枝条为试材,利用IAA、IBA及NAA 3种生长素及1/2和1/4园试营养液进行生根效果对比试验,探讨不同生长素及园试营养液浓度对双瓣茉莉枝条的生根效果。【结果】清水培养时,250.0 mg/L NAA处理的双瓣茉莉全部生根,且根总长最长、根表面积最大,与其他处理差异显著(P<0.05,下同);350.0 mg/L IBA处理的生根率及根平均直径显著优于IAA处理;250.0和350.0 mg/L NAA处理与1/4园试营养液配合使用,双瓣茉莉插穗生根率分别达100.00%和80.00%。【结论】250.0 mg/L NAA与高浓度园试营养液配合使用可促进双瓣茉莉插穗生根,350.0 mg/L NAA与低浓度园试营养液配合使用可促进双瓣茉莉插穗根系生长。【Objective】The Effects of type and concentration of auxin and nutrient solution on Jasminum sambac branches rooting were explored for large-scale hydroponic Jasminum sambac production. 【Method 】Cuttings of Jasminum sambac were soaked in three concentrations of auxin(IAA,IBA and NAA) and water(no auxin),followed by cultured in three concentrations of nutrient solution(1/4,1/2 and 0) to explore the effects of auxin and nutrient solution on cutting. 【Result】Rooting rate was 100% and total root length and root surface area were the largest with 250.0 mg/L NAA, significantly higher than those in other treatments(P〈0.05,the same below). Rooting rate and average root diameter were greater in 350.0 mg/L IBA than in IAA. Rooting rate of Jasminum sambac cutting in a combination of250.0 mg/L and 350.0 mg/L NAA with 1/4 nutrient solution was 100.00 % and 80.00%, respectively. 【Conclusion 】250.0 mg/L NAA combined with nutrient solution of high concentration is most favorable for rooting, and 350.0 mg/L NAA combined with nutrient solution of low concentration is most suitable for root growth.
