摘  要:优化设计的目的是减少材料用量,使成本造价降低。采用满应力法对典型的平面桁架结构进行截面优化,并在迭代计算过程中创造性地提出了中间值法,大大减少了迭代计算量,提高了计算效率,得到结构最优截面尺寸,用钢量减少40%,经济效益显著,该方法值得推广。The purpose of optimization design is to reduce material consumption and costs. In this paper, the full stress method was adopted to the typical plane truss structure optimization, and intermediate value method was put forward in the process of iterative calculation method creatively,so as to reduce the iterative calculation greatly and improve the computational efficiency, the optimal structure section size was obtained. The steel quantity was decreased by 40% with good economic benefits,therefore, proposed method was worth to be promoted.
