摘 要:为使消声器符合人耳听觉感受,引入了声品质的概念,并以声品质作为指导和依据来设计改进消声器。分析改进前后的消音器传递损失,发现其在(20~500)Hz和(1200~2000)Hz范围内的消声量最大。使用Artemi S滤去上述两个频段后,消音器排气噪声的声品质得到了明显的改善。从而得出在上述两个频段内,消声量越大声品质越好的结论。并用GTPower分析表明改进前后的消声器排气压力损失变化不大,证明改进后的消声器结构没有对排气造成很大影响,该改进方法是成功的,具有实用价值。In order to make the muffler with human auditory perception, introduced the concept of sound quality, and it as the guide and basis,designed the muffler for improving.Analyzed the transmission loss of muffler before and after improvement, found the (20~500)Hz and(1200~2000)Hz within the scope is the largest amount of noise reduction,. The use of ArtemiS filter to the two band, the sound quality of muffler exhaust noise is improved obviously.Thenit gets a conclusion that in the two bands ,the greater the noise reduction is, the better the sound qualityis. And GT-Power analysis shows that the improved the muffler exhaust pressure loss of the muffler structure changed little, the improvement was not influenced the exhaust, the improved method is successful, so the improvement muffleris proved practical value.
