摘 要:针对刺激剂储罐结构设计时的排液性能问题。结合增压排液的特点,利用伯努利方程对储罐排液流场参数进行了理论计算,并采用VOF模型耦合双方程模型的方法建立储罐内流道增压排液数值模型,在Fluent软件平台上分析了储罐排液过程中流场参数分布及变化规律。最后,通过对比得出仿真结果与理论计算结果基本吻合,验证了模型的正确性。结果分析表明:该储罐结构及参数的设计合理,具有良好的排液稳定性,且满足预定的技术参数要求,为进一步优化喷射器结构提供了相应的参考。Aiming at the drainage pegrormance problems of the stimulant storage tank structural designion,combining with pressurized liquid di,charge characteristics, the channel parameters of drainage process is theoretical calculated by using the Bernoulli equations.And using the method of VOF coupled two-equation model to establish the pressurized liquid discharge numerical model of the tank flow channel, the flow field parameters distribution and variation in the tank draining process is analyzedon the Fluent software platform. Finally, it is concluded that the simulation results are basically coristent withthe theoretical resultsby contrast each other.Then the correctness of this model is verified. The results showed that:The structure and parmteters of tank are rational designed and havea good stability of liquid discharge, well met the requirement ofpredetermincd technical parameters, providing the corresponding reference for the firther optimize of the injector structure.
