摘 要:针对目前滚珠丝杠螺旋线误差检测仪器的不足,研制开发了一套新的滚珠丝杠螺旋线误差测量仪,并提出了一种丝杠螺旋线误差电子齿轮检测法。采用双电机和双闭环系统,实现了螺旋线误差的高精度主动式动态测量。测头架安装在运动精度更高,更平稳的气浮托板上,测量精度更高。首先对检测装置的结构设计进行介绍,然后,对仪器的测量精度进行了分析,最后,以测量仪为研究工具,提出一种电子齿轮的检测法,并进行了相关实验研究,验证了方法的可行性。Aiming at the disadvantages of helix line error measuring devices of ball screw at present, a new ball screw helix line error measuring device is developed, and a new method called electronic-gear error detection method is introdneed. Double motors and double position clase-loop systems are adapted to achieve dynamic and active high precision error measurement. The measuring head frame is fixed on air flotation skateboard which has characters of higher kinematic accuracy and stability than other guide rails, so it guarantees high measurement accuracy. The physical design of error detection device is presented. Then, the measurement accuracy analysis of the device is given And the last, electronic gear error detection method is developed by taing this new research tool. Related experimental studies are conducted to verify the feasibility of the new method.
