摘  要:以自主开发的专用LED贴片机为研究平台。首先,介绍一种间距可调的多吸嘴同步吸贴高效贴片头结构、工作原理以及应用于LED专用贴片机上的贴装工艺流程。然后,针对该专用贴片机贴装元件种类单一、供料器位置对路径影响小的特点,忽略供料器位置问题,采用遗传算法,对元件贴装顺序进行染色体编码,改进传统的遗传交叉算子,实现贴装路径优化。仿真结果表明,改进的遗传算子算法与传统的遗传算法相比,更适合多吸嘴同步吸贴贴片机。based on self-developed special LED placement machine as the research platforrrL First of all, this paper introduces a kind of distance is adjustable suction nozzle synchronized post opening efficient absorption of structure, workingprinciple and application in LED special-purpose SMT machine, SMT pracess. Then, in view of the private placement machine SMT components type single, small feeder position affects the path of characteristic, ignore the feeder location problem and, based on the genetic algorithm for component placement sequence of chromosome coding, improved the traditional genetic crossover operator, achieve SMT path optimization. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm is compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, the genetic operator is more suitable for suction nozzle synchronized SMT machine.
