摘 要:以外侧开槽的螺旋槽动静环密封端面与不带槽的动静环密封端面间的液膜为研究对象,建立其三维的有限元周期模型,运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对液膜流场特性进行数值模拟,得到了液膜的压力和承载力分布规律。通过两者对比,分析了操作参数(转速、压差)对密封性能的影响,结果表明开槽的密封端面液膜具有明显的动压效应,液膜的承载力也大;并继续探讨了螺旋槽的参数(螺旋角、槽深)对螺旋槽机械密封的最大动压和承载力等密封性能的影响,研究结果为螺旋槽的设计提供了有益的参考。With the fluid-films between the faces of the static attd dynamic of the outside spiral groove and no- groot, e mechanical seal, the 3D finite element models of the periodic were set up. After that, the flow field characteristics are simulated by FLUENT of computational fluid dynamics, and then the pressure distribution and the carrying capacity of the fluid-film were obtained; the law of influence of operating parameters (pressure, rotcaing speed) on sealing peforrnce was analyzed by comparing with the results, and the results show that the grooved mechanical seal has the obvious dynomic pressure and the high film carrying capacity; and a numerical study is studied continually about?the effect of the helix angle and the depth of spiral groove on the dynamic pressure characteristics and the carring capacity of the fluid-film, and the results provide a useful reference for the design of spiral groove mechanical seal.
