摘  要:为了全面评价数控机床的可靠性,建立了研究数控机床可靠性的评价指标体系,应用可拓学中的物元理论,建立机床可靠性评价物元模型。引入关联函数计算关联度,并结合可拓层次分析的方法确定影响数控机床可靠性各指标的权重,对数控机床可靠性进行综合评价。结合实例进行了数控机床可靠性评价,验证了该方法的可行性。In order to fully evaluate the reliability of CNC machine tools,the evaluation index system for research of CNC machine tool reliability has been established,the matter-element model of reliability evaluation for CNC machine tools has been established with the application of matter-element in extension theory.Introducing the correlation functions to calculate the correlation degree,and combining the extension hierarchical analysis to determine the weight of each index which affected the reliability of CNC machine tools,and make comprehensive evaluation of reliability for CNC machine tools. The application of this method was illustrated with an example,verifying the feasibility of the method.
