摘　　要：选择城市创新空间研究的中微观视角,基于城市创新活动基本单元的布局特点,确立城市创新空间发展中的政府角色,并梳理二者之间的关联关系;针对现阶段城市创新发展中出现的"新一代园区"现象,总结城市创新活动基本单元的空间组合与功能关联需求;引申并明确城市创新网络体系构建进程中由"组"到"织"的两步走演绎逻辑与脉络。Based on the layout features of urban innovation units, this paper, from the medium and micro viewpoints, aims at identifying the government role in urban innovation space development and the relationship between governments and urban innovation space. In addition, with regard to the current ＂New Park＂ phenomenon in different cities, the paper sums up the space combination and function organization of urban innovation units. Furthermore, it defines the ＂group＂ to ＂weave＂ deductive logic during the process of creating a new urban innovation network system.
