磷酸酯改性丙烯酸乳液的制备及其在水性双组分防腐涂料中的应用

摘　　要：采用磷酸酯功能单体PAM-100对丙烯酸乳液进行改性,将磷酸酯功能基团引入乳液分子链中,制得磷酸酯改性丙烯酸乳液。将其与水性异氰酸酯固化剂及颜料浆复配,制得双组分防腐涂料。采用FT-IR和DSC对磷酸酯改性丙烯酸乳液结构进行表征,并对所制备涂层的性能进行了分析。A phosphate modified acrylic emulsion was prepared by incorporating functional monomer（ PAM-100） into the polyacrylate chain. Then,the two-component anticorrosive coatings was prepared by mixing the prepared acrylic emulsion,waterborne isocyanate curing agent and pigment paste. The structure of acrylic emulsion was characterized by FT-IR and DSC. Moreover,the properties of coating were analyzed.
