摘　　要：介绍了水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料配制时助剂的选择。通过分散剂、增稠剂、成膜助剂及p H调节剂的选择,制得贮存稳定性优异的防火涂料。用喷灯和马弗炉测试了涂层的耐火性能,对于优选配方的涂料送国家防火建筑材料质量监督检验中心进行标准大试件耐火性能测试。The selection of additives for waterborne superthin fire retardant coatings for steel structure was introduced,and a fire retardant coatings with excellent storage stability was prepared by selection of dispersing agents,thickeners,coalescent and pH regulator. The fire resistance of coating were tested with burner and Muffle furnace,and send the optimizing formulation coatings to NFTC for standard specimen fire resistance test.
