摘  要:根据家禽的生理成长和活动规律,智能动态地调整禽舍环境,包括环境温湿度、空气流通量、空气质量等,这有利于养殖户降低运营成本,提高经济效益。该系统基于VB编程软件设计,以MEGA16L单片机为核心,采用高精度数字温室传感器AM2305和温度传感器DS18B20对禽舍多点温湿度数据实时测量、通过氨气传感器检测室内空气质量和使用K型热电偶检测炉温为检测数据的智能监控系统。该系统通过串口RS 232与下位机通信,下位机对各个检测数据进行分析,通过继电器隔离输出对引风机、送风机、小窗、加湿器、变频风机控制,以保障禽舍环境符合家禽的生理成长和活动规律。该系统实现了对环境的检测、数据分析、存储和显示,智能控制输出,同时具有精度高,模块设计,简单可靠,维护方便,抗干扰强,经济适用等特点。In order to improve the living environment and yield of poultry,a real-time monitoring and intelligent control system was designed,which can dynamically adjust the poultry house environment indexes (including temperature and humidity, air quality and air flow) according to physiological growth and activity rule of poultry. The system was designed on the basis of programming software VB. MEGA16L MCU is taken as its core. In the system,AM2315 humidity sensors are used to get real-time humidity data as a theoretical basis for switching humidifier,18B20 temperature sensors are adopted to obtain multipoint temperature in poultry house for driving draught fan,windows or exhaust fan,ammonia gas sensors are employed to detect the air quality in the poultry house,and K-type thermocouples are introduced to control forced draft fan for gaining the proper furnace temperature. Relevant data was gathered and transmitted through serial port RS 232 to realize the communication between the master computer and the slave computer in the measure-control system. The monitoring interface is set to store testing parameters and show characteristics curve based on programming software VB in the master computer. The result shows that the control precision and parameter adaptability,simple mechanical structure,ease installation and maintenance,and anti-interference capability has been improved by using this design. Moreover,with different start-up interfaces,the system can meet the requirements of poultry growing at different stages in their life.
