对“专业+英语”复合型人才培养的思考

摘　　要：复合型人才应是一专多能型人才。这样的人才不仅在专业技能方面有突出的经验,还具备较高的相关技能。英语作为全球通用语言无可替代地成为复合型人才最不可或缺的、最重要的辅助性技能。"专业+英语"复合型人才培养理念与高校外语系(学院)遵循的"外语+专业"人才培养理念截然不同,"专业+英语"复合型人才的培养亟待引起重视。The inter-disciplinary talent is the one of a profession with multi-compound other skills. Such talent is not only an expert but also a talent in the relevant subjects. English, as the travel language in the world, is the most important and indispensable assistant skill in the measurement on an inter-disciplinary talent. The idea of ＂Profession ＋ English＂ is quite different from the idea of ＂Foreign Language ＋ Profession＂ which is advocated and performed in the foreign language colleges or departments in a lot of universities or colleges. Nurturing inter-disciplinary talents of ＂Profession ＋ English＂ in the development of China nowadays has become very urgent.
