新时期首都城市增长边界与空间管理研究

摘　　要：随着首都"大城市病"问题日益凸显,城市空间增长问题受到关注,亟需合理确定增长边界,努力实现城市空间"理性增长"。研究表明目前首都空间仍然呈现"摊大饼"式蔓延趋势,必须准确把握经济发展与城市建设管理的阶段性特征,加快确定首都城市增长边界。文章从合理确定城市规模、功能疏解、轨道交通引领、用地调控等方面提出合理确定首都城市增长边界的相关建议。Urban space growth attracting attention with the ＂urban diseases＂ of capital becomes increasingly prominent,it urgent needs to reasonably determine the urban growth boundary and strive to achieve ＂the rational growth of urban space＂.Research shows that the current urban space of capital still presented the ＂pie＂ the spread of the trend,it needs to accurately grasp the stage characteristics of economic development and urban construction management,speed up to determine the urban growth boundary of capital.This article puts forward related suggestions to determine a reasonable urban growth boundary of capital,such as the rational determination of relevant recommendations,urban scale function dispersal,rail transportation,land use regulation lead etc.
