区域低碳产业发展的实证分析及对策研究——以山东半岛蓝色经济区为例

摘　　要：面对全球产业转移和资源环境的约束,转变经济发展方式势在必行,而发展低碳经济、构建低碳产业体系是实现经济增长方式转变的重要路径.本文以山东半岛蓝色经济区为例,在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上,构建了低碳产业发展水平的评价指标体系,并以模糊AHP模型对2013年山东半岛蓝色经济区低碳产业发展水平进行实证分析,在此基础上提出低碳产业体系构建的措施.With the global industrial transferring and the limitation of resources and environment, it is necessary to transform mode of economic development. However, establishing low-carbon industrial system is an important path to transform mode of economic growth. This paper studies on the Blue Economic Area in Shandong Peninsula. Firstly it reviews related literature. Then it establishes the index system of low-carbon industry and analyzes the low-carbon industrial development level in the Blue Economic Area of Shandong Peninsula in the year of 2013 by the fuzzy model. Based on the empirical analysis, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve low-carbon industrial system.
