摘　　要：当前大学生社会主义核心价值观教育缺失具体表现为:大学生学习目的 "务实化"、大学生学习动力"外在化"、大学生学习过程"原子化"。为了促使大学生社会主义核心价值观教育得以落实,应确立起人文精神的内涵:以专业为基础建构大学生的综合知识体系,以对话为方式培养大学生的独立自觉个性,以民生问题为资源培养大学生的社会责任意识。要实现这一内涵,必须改变教育观念,教育目的从培养"人才"转向"完人"塑造;夯实教学质量,教育管理从计量"分数"转向"个性"认定;增强校外力量,教育过程从传授"理论"转向"问题"解决。The deficiencies of socialist core values education of contemporary college students are that： the pragmatic＂ learning goals of college students, the ＂externality＂ of college students＂ learning motivation, the ＂atomization＂ of college students＂ learning process. In order to implemente college students＂ socialist core values education, the connotation of humanistic spirit should be set up： build- ing college students＂ integrated knowledge system on the basis of majors, cultivating college students＇ independent personality through dialogue, and training college students＂ the awareness of social re- sponsibility by the livelihood issues. In order to realize the connotation, the education idea must be changed, and the education purpose should be turned from cultivating ＂talents＂ to shaping ＂whole person＂; the quality of teaching must be strengthen, education management should be turned from measuring ＂scores＂ to identifying ＂personalities＂; outside school force must be enhanced, the process of education should be turned from teaching ＂theories＂ to solving ＂problems＂.
