摘　　要：结构本质上是一种制度安排,国家可以通过政策的引导和对相关影响因素的调控来实现结构的改变。研究的目的是找到适合经济金融体系运转的最优银行业市场结构,从机构与市场相结合的视角考虑我国银行业市场结构演变的特征及其影响因素情况,并针对研究结果提出巩固或优化银行业市场结构的对策措施。The structure is essentially a kind of institutional arrangement,the state can achieve the structural change through policy guidance and related influence factors of regulation. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal banking market structure which is suitable for the economic and financial system,to consider the situation and influence factors in the evolution of China＇s banking market structure through the institutional and market integration perspective,and put forward measures to consolidate or optimize the banking market structure according to the results of the study.
