摘　　要：介绍了卡车轮胎全寿命管理系统的组成和系统功能,卡车轮胎全寿命管理系统可实时监测、采集、传输矿用卡车轮胎压力和温度,提高露天矿轮胎管理的数字化、精益化、科学化水平,有效延长轮胎的使用寿命;系统提高了卡车出动率,动态调节卡车运行速度,从而达到降低运输成本、提高生产效率的目的。The article introduces the composition and system function of truck tire total life management system, which can monitor,collect and transfer truck tire pressure and temperature in real-time to improve the tire management digitalization, lean, scientific level and prolong the service life of tire in open-pit mine. The system improves truck starting off rate and adjusts truck operating speed to reduce transportation cost and increase production efficiency.
