摘 要:目的为制定更加科学合理的护理学专业学位研究生课程体系提供依据。方法选择26名护理教育及管理专家,采用德尔菲专家函询法对护理专业学位研究生课程设置进行3轮问卷函询。结果专家赞同从必修课和选修课两平台设置课程体系,必修课由公共课程和专业基础课程组成,共10门。选修课由专业拓展课程组成,共12门。本研究的专家权威系数为0.88,专家协调系数为0.42。结论专家对护理学专业学位研究生课程设置意见达到初步一致,为制订护理学专业学位研究生课程体系提供了参考依据。Objective The study aimed to provide the foundation to master of nursing specialist in courses system. Methods 26 nursing education and management experts were selected, the Delphi method was used in three-round questionnaire inquiry on the course system. Results Experts approved to set up the course system from two platforms of compulsory and optional course, the compulsory courses were composed of public courses and professional foundation courses, a total of ten. The optional courses were composed of professional development courses, a total of 12. Expert authority coefficient was 0.88. The co- ordination coefficient of expert was 0.42. Conclusions Expert opinions reached a preliminary agreement. It provides a reference to set up course system of master of nursing specialist.
