品管圈对提高小儿磁共振检查镇静成功率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析应用品管圈对提高小儿磁共振检查镇静成功率的效果。方法 将通过首次镇静顺利完成磁共振检查定义为镇静成功，反之则为镇静失败。选取感染科行磁共振检查的住院患儿（≤3岁）做为研究对象。将2013年3～12月收治的89例患儿作为对照组，将2014年3~8月收治的145例患儿作为观察组，运用品管圈分析导致小儿镇静失败的原因，并制订相关对策。比较开展品管圈活动前后的镇静成功率及护理质量满意度。结果观察组镇静成功率为84．83％（123／145），对照组为68．54％（61／89），2组比较，差异有统计学意义x^2=6．28；观察组患者对护理质量的满意度为93．79％（136／145），显著高于对照组的80．90％（72／89），二者比较，x^2=6．04，差异有统计学意义。结论应用品管圈管理患儿磁共振检查前镇静工作，可有效提高镇静成功率，从而提高护理质量满意度。Objective The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of quality control circle （QCC） on improving the success rate of sedation for children undergoing MRI examination. Methods Children who fin- ished MRI after the fLrst sedation was defined as sedation success, otherwise, sedation failure. Hospitalized children （less than 3 years old ） in Department of Infectious Disease were taken as the research objects. 89 patients （from March to December 2013） who were named as the control group were just given routine nursing care. Another 145 patients （from March to August 2014） were set as the observation group, and these patients were managed by QCC management methods, by which the causes of sedation failure was analyzed and relevant measures were established. Success rate of sedation and satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between two groups. Results The success rate of sedation was 84.83% （123/145） in the observation group, higher than 68.54%（61/89） of the control group （x^2=6.28）. The satisfaction of nursing quality in the observation group was 93.79% （136/145） significantly higher than that of the control group, 80.90% （72/89）,x^2=6.04. Conclusions Application of QCC in management of sedation for children before MRI can effectively increase success rate of sedation, so as to improve satisfaction of nursing quality.
